All (Evan), Here is the webrev for the bug that I introduced:

Evan thinks that I did not do a clobber build. However,
I have always used 'nightly developer.sh' or 'night -n developer.sh'.
With Evan's help I just did a 'dmake -e -m parallel clobber'.
And then rebuilt the tree without errors.
