The above change (thanks for the review Glenn) increases the ramdisk
size to roughly 188M to account for some increases in builds 89 and
90. It's necessary in order to get a clean LiveCD boot although there
appears to be a new issue where a newly installed image has a truncated
menu.lst file (again!). I've filed
2062 fresh install of build 90 LiveCD results in truncated menu.lst
to track the latter issue.
