You need to expand the size of the virtual machine's virtual disk, which 
comes out of the Windows file system.  Probably the easiest thing to do 
given where you're at is to destroy the machine and re-create it, this 
time selecting at least 3 GB for the virtual machine's disk.  If you 
don't have enough space to do that, then you need to start repartitioning.
