We don't have a project gate so the place to put it back would be the 
slim_source repository.  However since we are in the
midst getting a Preview 2 out.  If you can hang on for a while then that 
would be great.

Are you referring to in place upgrade ?  The only update that will be 
supported in snap upgrade. Of course this is a catch 22 since the code 
for this will be in spring release. So we might need to think about that 
a bit.
