5623 - Scrollbar in artwork frame during livecd Russian installation

Reducing the margin around the content area so that it aligns with the buttons
which is what is spec'd, allows russian locale stage strings to not shrink the
content pane and thus horizontal scrollbar is not created/required.
Also added Copyright info to the glade file.
Testing :
Using Distro Constructor, generated LiveCD ISO containing this fix and did
a test install in VirtualBox.
