Jeffrey: This is a known bug in kcf and it had been fixed in snv_125. Bugid is 6882364. I had confirmed the fix is working in osol_125 by doing DomU install.
If you want to do DomU install, you have to use snv_125 or osol_125 and it will have the fix. BTW, if you want to do XVM PV install with 64 bit, you should upgrade your Dom0 to at least snv_124.
