[caiman-discuss] Text-based installer UI spec updated

The text-based install UI has been updated:

    * An incorrect change on 10/14 that referred to the computer name
      field on the Users screen was removed.
    * The time zone can be set to  UTC/GMT. The Time Zone: Region screen
      was updated.
    * The "change partition/slice type" (F5) has been refined.

for details.
