It does not recommend using POSIX conforming command or whatever. Setting the path to use POSIX command is just an example there. The comment in all the finalizer scripts: "Solaris needs /usr/xpg4/bin/ because the tools in /usr/bin are not POSIX-conforming", was confusing to me because it does not say *why* these finalizer script *must* use POSIX-conforming commands. Perhaps you can explain why POSIX conforming commands must be used in the comments so it is obvious to people. Thanks, --Karen
