Although is true you can "observe" those things, they don't seem to fit in the 
context of how we've been using observability in the functional specs.

Frank may have input on this, but we were thinking it might be on the help 
screen.

Per discussions last week with Frank, we are not planning to handle nameservice 
as it increases the complexity and is not really needed for static ip config.
