I think the reason is it runs Firefox as root role.

That's a problem.
e.g. If I run live CD, run installer, click "Release Notes", quit  
Firefox. Then I want to use Firefox again, clicking the Firefox icon  
can't launch Firefox because $HOME/.mozilla was created by root.
