Hello Caiman team. I've wrote up design document for I18nService module, which I proposed in December. Formerly, the module was known as G11nInstall module (I changed the name). The module is a stand-alone C library which provides information about the system languages and locales, and some other I18n (Internationalization) services.
The design document defines I18nServices library interface and also describes its implementation.
