Yes, theses requests should all pass through the mirror.

It's all the traffic, I'll redo the install on a real server (X2100 M2) and 
check only the traffic that goes to pkg.opensolaris.org

In fact it's 212 packages from "pkg list | wc -l"  for 1,53 GB of disk space
