/export is shared across BEs though. I meant to ask if the default should be something not shared, like /var/auto_install/<svcname> If the model here is that these images get updated, I'm wondering if booting a BE that wasn't the running BE when the the image was updated impacts what we need to tread around in other parts of the design. The wad here isn't the large Product wos as was with old legacy installer, so the reason to put in it in a shared area doesn't as high. -ethan
