I think that instead of adding that package into AI package list, this problem should be solved by correct package dependencies. Since fdisk is delivered by SUNWcs, SUNWcs should depend on whatever is going to deliver 'mboot' - as you pointed out, it will be likely SUNWrmodu. I will check once SUNWrmodu is redelivered and file bug to introduce that dependency if needed.
