Hi Frank, The test folks found a problem where if you are installing on a headless x86 machine through serial console, the output goes to the screen by default as opposed to the serial console.
This leaves the user with the impression that the installer is hung. Regular AI (server based) allows the specification of "console=ttya" at the GRUB line in order to achieve proper redirection. A similar specification works in the bootable ai case. My question is - would the user experience be better if there were explicit grub menu entries that the user would select if installing on a headless system? Thanks, Alok
