I noticed this during early eval of the text installer as well, and 14612 was filed as a result. Particularly, "Additionally, the algorithm does not take into account whether or not the user elects to destroy an existing "rpool" on the chosen target disk, in which case, re-using the name "rpool" would be perfectly acceptable." -ethan
