I checked against the ON push of similar changes (changeset 15890), and
searched through slim_source looking for files missing one or the other
of the CDDL HEADER START or END, and as far as I can tell your work is
thorough and complete.

I've verified that the built objects in the proto area do not contain
the CDDL, and used the DC bits from this to build a live CD that
installs correctly.
