Could I please get a review and blessing to push for the following CRs:

service ends up in mainteance mode on Live CD and Text Installer
7086190 <http://monaco.us.oracle.com/detail.jsf?cr=7086190>
svc:/system/fm/smtp-notify:default should be disabled by custom DC
manifests

I tested both livecd and text to make sure both the system/ocm and
system/fm/smtp-notify services are disabled.
