I am assuming that all tests pass now. if so LGTM.

When I put back 7092599 and 7102957, all the tests passed. It was when
you ran the tests in a specific order (like what slim_test does) is when
the tests don't work right. I've run both slim_test and
slim_regression_test multiple times with the tests in multiple different
orders to make sure we're no longer seeing any issues.
