Testing:
Booted sparc client with different combinations of livessh settings on
command line and in service's system.conf file. Verified that ssh was
enabled/disabled appropriately.
Booted x86 client with/without liveessh=enable in menu.lst and
verified ssh was enabled/disabled.
Also generated an installadm traceback and verified that the output no
longer referenced doo.
