The build completes successfully and the iso image is create.
While installing from the iso image (Burning physical DVD for
text-install), I get the following messages:

I cannot go past this maintenance mode message in installation.
Note that there is message about console login services cannot run. I
feel that the warning messages I get while running DC build and this
are related. Not sure on how to fix it.
Any suggestions?

You can login using username: root, password: solaris and see which SMF
service is failing/in maintenance. Then, check the SMF log of those
services.
That should give you better ideas on what's failing.
