Does any one have an idea on the status of 3TB disk support within S11?

Yes. It is targeted for S11U1 with the introduction of UEFI, GRUB2 and large disk boot support. If you want to try out some functional internal ISO images let me know and I can point you at them.

Thanks,
Niall

Hi All,

I'm installing S11 and SRU2 on a new to me x64 system and I'm getting the following error in /system/volatile/install_log:

When I run the same fdisk command on the command line of the failed system I get the same results:

rdsk/c0t5000C5003472FB77d0p0atile# /usr/sbin/fdisk -n -F /tmp/fdisk-HBmOjY /dev/r Invalid input 5860415610 in line 191 128 0 0 0 0 0 0 96390 5860415610
.
root@concord-s11:/system/volatile# echo $?
1
root@concord-s11:/system/volatile#

Am I seeing this due to the large disk size of the target, 2TB, or some other reason? Can anyone suggest a fix?

Thanks!

-Brian
