Hi everyone.
Build 13 installers and sysconfig(1M) contain new interfaces for
configuring the Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM) and Automated Service
Requestor (ASR). New versions of OCM and ASR packages
(system/management/ocm and system/fault-management/asr-notify) are also
needed and forthcoming. At this writing, OCM is slated for B13, and ASR
for B14.
Installers and sysconfig need the new OCM and ASR packages to create the
new configuration information. New screens may or may not show,
depending on which versions of OCM and ASR packages are installed.
Install target systems need the new packages to make use of the new
information. Behavior of OCM and ASR services on targets with old
packages installed will behave as they have been, regardless of what the
installer says.
