I'd like to ask for a code review for this fairly simple cleanup to
boot.py and to fix a happy face boot regression:

The fix removes some workarounds for pybootmgmt that are no longer
necessary, removes the $ZFS-BOOTFS explicit argument from the kernel
arguments (pybootmgmt inserts it automatically now) and fixes happy face
boot by looking for the GUI install profile in the correct DOC subtree.
