Background:
slim_source build had been failing intermittently since s11u1_16 and it
always failed in the usr/src/lib/install_common. Darren and Dave Miner
had looked into the problem and I am implmenting a fix suggested by Dave
Miner. The Makefile is being updated to have $POFILE depend on the
python target.
Testing is done this way:
Since the failure is intermittent, I tested the slim_source build in a
loop of 12 times on osol-bldx and there were no failures.
