Folks: This putback represents a flag day for people working on
install. Henceforth (until WOS B19 is ready), you will need to use
nightly pkg consolidation bits.
Please see my previous email for a description of the changes
herein. I am available via email, and Mary & Ethan can reach
me by phone if anything urgent comes up.
And many thanks to Ethan and Mary, without whom this would have
been utterly impossible to pull off.
