Could I please get a few eyes on a very simple fix for

discovery.py's invocation of InstallEngine is incomplete

NOTE: This is NOT changing what the installers do. This is changing
the stand-alone application portion of discovery.py that people can use
to test discovery:
[mox:install_target] > sudo python ./discovery.py -d

Additional debug information can be found in /system/volatile/discovery.log
Adding a default_log path of /system/volatile to keep things in line
with the rest of our tools/applications.
