Could I please get a code review for the following CR:

Testing: I've confirmed the fix both with SST and with the SPARC SAN
team. Unlabeled drives on SPARC are now findable, and active/passive
paths to SANs are correctly found.
If anybody has any further questions about these larger issues, let me know.
