Hi, does it happen with the latest commit ? I've fixed a problem with fullscreen windows recently, maybe it helps.

I have to open a window and leave it running in the background - to force it to hide. But it does not really help, as whenever the mouse is pushed to the bottom of the screen (even if I'm playing a FPS which captures the mouse cursor) the dock pops up. It is very annoying and distracting.
