One year later and apparently the fix is not available in the Ubuntu focal repo yet (version here is still 3.4.1-3). Is there any fixed deb package available for focal anywhere?

After upgrade some launchers (not all) have the question mark icon. For example - calculator. In the menu it has the correct icon. When it is invoked from menu and no launcher is on dock the icon is correct. But when I create a launcher (by drag-drop from menu or by "Make it a launcher" when it is running) then icon is falling to question mark. Icons theme is set to Mint-X. Screenshots in attachment.
