I'm sure I'm just missing something (or overthinking it), but I don't
quite understand the style used to explain the syntax for functions. In
the example below, are 'string' and 'array' supposed to be describing
the variable between them, or is there more to it?
* findAll
* string $conditions string
* array $fields array
* etc ...
