Hi Tim, Have you uploaded the cake files to your server yet? If not, that's the first thing. You should have been given details from the host about how to connect to your control panel or how to ftp into your site. This should be in one of the emails when you setup with the host. So the first thing is to connect and upload the cake directory into your web root.
What stage are you at now? If you haven't really developed anything full with cake yet, you're probably best to set up a test server on your own machine and develop locally.
