Hi All,
I have the » character in a view file, and its not displaying correctly.
When its in the layout file, it displays correctly. When i put it in a view
file, it doesn't display correctly!
I have done the following:
Added: <?php echo $html->charset(); ?> in the head of the layout file
Confirmed that: Configure::write('App.encoding', 'UTF-8'); is in the
core.php file
My database.php has 'encoding' => 'utf8' in its default config array
