I recently discovered that our CakePHP application is not removing any files from the tmp/sessions folder. We are running CakePHP v0.2.9 and we are using Cake's session handling. Over time, these files accumulate and start to become a disc I/O problem.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a workaround of configuration issue that causes this problem?
