I'm a total newbie to Cake and believe I've put everything in their proper folders. Everything is green on my local host except my tmp Directory is not writable (yellow) I have no idea how to set permissions and have tried chmod in terminal but really not sure even if I'm doing this part properly. Any step by step would be much appreciated. Thanks!
