OMG, I'm soooo stupid!  I found the whole problem, On my local mysql I 
didn't set up the same user and password I had on my remote machine. 
 Derhh!!  it's fixed now.  Close this thread.  Sorry folks, i'm not a 
newbie, i just make absentminded mistakes.
