Besides, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that any table 
could be accessed by entering the URL: 
http://<yourdomain>/<plural_of_table_name> (plus /add, /edit/<id> etc...).
If you are concerned about access control, you should implement 
ACLs<http://book.cakephp.org/2.0/en/core-libraries/components/access-control-lists.html>or
 similar.
