ok this works. It displays the same function 2 times and just appends the 
data to the same form

public function displayform() {
    
    $test='hello';
     $this->set('test',$test);
     
     
     if ($this->request->is('post')) {
            $t=$this->request->data;
            $tt=  $this->request->data('Teacher.firstname');
           
            if (!empty($this->request->data)){
                
                $teacher= $this->Teacher->find('all',array('conditions' => 
array('Teacher.firstname' => $tt)));
     
                  $this->set('teacher',$teacher);
     
                  $this->set('teacher',$teacher);
