Hi,
I have created a plugin called "Myplugin"
app/Plugin/Myplugin
In the 'app/Plugin/Myplugin/Controller' created a file called
"MypluginAppController.php" with the following contents :

App::uses('AppController', 'Controller');
class MypluginAppController extends AppController {
function beforeFilter() {
parent::beforeFilter();
throw new ForbiddenException();
}
}
But the beforeFilter() hook is not getting called.
