For those tring DBDesigner, it took me a few hours to understand when the program creates FK in the table (as shown in Larry's images), and why it *deletes* that field when I delete the association :)
I had exactly the same issue. It took me a while to find the setting that prepends the table name. Once I had that, then it all worked fine. had me confused for a while though!
