I'm using Eclipse + PDT for editing, SQLyog Community Edition for MySQL stuff (it's a great program, and it's free!), and Firefox 2 with webdeveloper and firebug extensions. I have some Cake snippets for Eclipse that you can download <a href="http://www.ntatd.org/mark/? p=24">here</a>.
I'm also playing around with JQuery, and it's really cool! I'm playing with Intype and IntypePM, which is pretty cool and a lot faster to load than Eclipse, but so far I'm finding Eclipse hard to beat.
