Perhaps you and your colleagues should look at the product, instead of worrying about stuff like that. Remember, this is not a paid product (although they will gladly accept well deserved donations). I personally would make a claim like that against a company if I was considering purchasing their product, but this is an open source project and if you look at the product itself, it's better quality than a lot of other commercial products out there.
