Okay I know I opened a Pandora's box here, but I really didn't mean to. When I requested a PDF, I was requesting that someone who had one send it to me. I wasn't asking that the CookBook authors create me one, nor was I asking for one to be published anywhere for public use. I certainly wasn't asking that the CookBook site be modified to provide live snapshots of the document. I simply wanted to know if someone had a version that I could have since my PDF writer seems to have kicked the bucket.
