Mainly for bandwidth costs at the moment. The number of videos I host
is negligible, so storing them locally as well is not an issue.

I serve Australian visitors from my Australian server (for fast speed)
and international visitors from Amazon S3. Extra bandwidth in
Australia is something like $1/GB, so if any videos become popular
internationally it won't kill me in bandwidth costs.
