Since they just released it a few days ago I imagine there may be a few minor things to tweak. But I don't see what you describe, at least not when looking at the classes (which is what I usually do). ALl properties and methods seem to be ordered (with "_" being ignored) Looking at the "files" I see that they seem to be ordered by something other than filenames.
