I haven't tested this at all, but...
$adminLinks = array();
if ($plugins = Configure::listObjects('plugin')) {
foreach ($plugins as $key => $value) {
$classObj = ClassRegistry::init($value);
//or $classObj = ClassRegistry::init(Inflector::camelize($value));
$adminLinks = array_merge($adminLinks, $classObj->adminLinks);
}
}
That should give you a starting point.
