I'm not sure if I'm just doing it wrong or if there is no support for
themes in the vendor folder.
When themes are enabled, webroot needs to have the following folder
structure for themed files:
/webroot
/themed
/default
/css
/img
So I would presume that if vendors supports themes, then it should
look like this:
/vendors
/themed
/default
/css
/img
but doesn't seem to work form me. Am I right that vendors does not
support themes? or could it just be something that I did wrong?
