I'm attempting a custom 404 image by modifying app/webroot/.htaccess

RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /img/404.gif [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?url=$1 [QSA,L]
</IfModule>
But this is loading the Cake stack and looking for a controller.
Anything obvious here?
