Netbeans is a free, open source, high quality, and feature rich IDE. It is cross-platform compatible and actively being developed. Netbean's mod_rewrite support is a dependency of Netbean's support for CakePHP. The CakePHP issue has 120 votes and has been made top priority (P1) while the mod_rewrite issue has only 4 votes and is only of secondary priority(P2). Please, help vote them both up.
