Enforce Cookie->read to read only a encrypt=true stored cookie ?

Hi, I'm writing my cookies with Cookie->write('key','value',true); //
true for $encrypt

On read I'd like to know if the cookie I read was encrypted or not.

The Cookie component don't seem to have a method to tell me if a
cookie is encrypted or not..
